HMT Ltd., the fulcrum on which industrialization of our Nation was envisaged, has set up a Heritage Centre and Museum at HMT Township, Bengaluru. A first of its kind in India. The museum narrates the Journey of HMT, from its humble beginning in 1953. From firm commitment to “build mother machines” to be among “Temples of Modern India”. From “Time Keepers to the Nation” to “Desh Ki Dhadkhan”. From Manufacturing simple tractors to “Tractor ho tho Aisa”.. And so on…You will find all the stories here.
HMT Heritage Centre and Museum showcase many Specimens, Miniature Models of Machines, Rare Watch Models, Educative Tractor Models - open to the public for the very first time. Existing materials collected from the factories and townships of HMT are refurbished and used to recreate the “HMTian” feeling.
For the fans of HMT, a nostalgic journey to the Glorious Past. For the Students many educative displays. For Technical students “how to” specimens... For Toddlers – Children park. You will find them all here.
